Your ticket is accessed via the Web Summit Vancouver app.
Once you've logged in to the app (using the login details you have received over email), your ticket QR code can be found under 'My Ticket' in the profile menu.
Registration: You can collect your accreditation onsite at Registration in the East Building of the Vancouver Convention Centre from Monday May 26. Opening hours are listed below and you’ll also find them on the ‘My ticket’ page on the Web Summit Vancouver app, under your ticket QR code.
Skip the queues at registration via the fast track lane to enter and register at the designated desk for Speakers, Chairperson & Guest.

Registration will be available at the following times:
Monday May 26: 12pm-6pm
Tuesday May 27: 12pm-7pm
Wednesday May 28: 7.30am -5pm
Thursday May 29: 7.30am-5pm
Friday May 30: 7.30am-4.45pm

Valid photo ID
Your ticket QR code in the Web Summit Rio app.
No problem! You can collect your accreditation from Registration in the East Building of the Vancouver Convention Centre from Monday May 26.
Bag drop & cloakroom: Luggage and large bags must be checked into the bag drop at Registration. Small bags are permitted into the venue and there will be a cloakroom at the Speaker Lounge should you wish to check your small bag or coat in.
Entrance & fast track: Once you have collected your accreditation, you will always enter the event via the entrance of the West Building of the Vancouver Convention Centre.
