HOTEL AND RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT 1 Semester .5 Credit

Hotel Management: Students gain experience in all the key roles in hospitality management. As students manage their hotel, guests post updates on simulated social media about their stays and then rate the hotel on a simulated travel website. Algebra and other math concepts are reinforced as students plan the capacity to keep their guests happy.

Restaurant Management: Students will be engaged in the fast-paced, exciting culinary world, and the very tough business decisions that go into running a successful, profitable restaurant. The online simulation offers an eye-opening window into the world of restaurant ownership.
