3.1 VLE
This is the mobile app version of our SIS VLE Platform. Through this you can access the following information:
A. Curriculum Overview (Year 7 and 8 only)
B. Evidencer (Student E-Portfolio)
C. Independent Learning (Year 7 and 8 only)

E. MaD Week information
F. ePayment System
G. Student Demographic
H. Medical Information
A. Curriculum Overview
From VLE, you may view the Curriculum Analysis Tool (CAT) for each subjects your child is studying.
**Year 7 and Year 8 only**
B. Evidencer(Student Portfolio)
You may view your child's ePortfolio including the reflection regarding the subjects.
**Year 7 and Year 8 only**
C. Independent Learning (For Year 7 to 9 only)
From VLE, beside the "+" icon, you may click on the "home learning summary" to view your child's upcoming assignments.
D. CAS Activities
You can view the CAS Activities you child has enrolled. Simply click on the "clubs" icon to view. You can also "Activities available for enrolment" if any.
E. View MaD Week Trips
From the VLE, beside the globe icon, you will be able to view your child's MaD week information if there is any.
F. ePayment
Parents can settle the following outstanding school fees via ePayment system.

** Please note that tuition fee has to pay directly to ESF.
G. View and updates Students demographic
From VLE, beside a home icon, you can view the details contact information you have provided to SIS. If you would like to make changes you may click on "this form" in the blue text.
Please note that the changes made may not be immediately reflected in the system. You may receive the administrator's email when the changes are updated.
H. Medical Information
Via ESF App, you may update the medical information. It will take some time for our system to reflect the changes you have made.
3.2 Teachers Directory
Teacher's Contact
Please tab on the Teachers tile for access to the email address of a child's tutor and subject teacher. If you have configured your email in your device, you can click on the email address to send an email directly to the teacher.
3.3 iSAMS Login
From the ESF App you can pop into "iSAMS iParent app". Please note that you will need to install and sign in with iSAMS iParent App login username and password. If you have not installed the app before, clicking on "iSAMS" will lead you to download the iSAMS iParent app from the app store.

3.4 Timetable
View your child's class timetable
Your child's weekly timetable can be viewed in the Timetable tab. The student's daily timetable will show class codes, teacher codes and room codes. You may choose to filter the timetable view with the following options.
1. Today
2.Next (Tomorrow's Timetable)
3. View All (To view week 1 and week 2 timetable)
3.5 Absence
Absence
For your child's Absence, parents are asked to complete the Absence form on the ESF App.
3.6 LTA Request
Long Term Absence Request
If a student requires a longer period of absence (more than 3 days) for activities such as travel, sporting events, etc., this requires prior approval from the Principal. Parents are asked to complete the Long Term Absence (LTA) form on the ESF App ("LTA Request").
