Biography
I was born in Ogden, Utah, and raised in the small town of Hooper. I am the oldest of two children. I earned my undergraduate degree in Medical Laboratory Science from Weber State University. I have a passion for the outdoors and a deep love for medicine. I have served as a teacher’s assistant for several courses, including the WSU cadaver lab, the NUAHEC Medical Scholar Program, and multiple MLS classes. In addition, I also worked as an adjunct professor, teaching two online courses in the Medical Laboratory Science Program. I loved working as an EKG technician at LDS Hospital, where I gained valuable hands-on experience in patient care. When I am not studying, I enjoy camping, riding four-wheelers in the mountains, spending time with my dogs, watching true crime shows, and playing card games with my friends and family.
