課業簡介
活動目的是讓學生體驗長者日常生活遇到的困難。學生帶上老眼昏花眼鏡及隔音耳罩，以體驗長者在視覺和聽覺上的障礙。學生學習先以同理心從他人的角度出發，了解其狀況和難處才可找到更好的方法幫助有需要的人。在活動過程中同學體會到老人家為別人帶來的不便，從而展現同理心地思考。

During this year’s CB lessons, I have learnt a lot about what I can do to show my care for others. It makes me improve a lot in communicating with my friends and family. I played and enjoyed all the activities during CB lesson, just trying to handle daily life tasks as an elderly person. I think these lessons have added many pleasures to my school life.

You are an observant and empathetic person. She has always been sensitive to the needs of others – even her efforts in writing her reflective journal bilingually showcases this strength of hers! Thus, Character Building lessons have given her the opportunity to shine as she models empathy through her words and actions while actively engaging in challenging tasks alongside her peers.
