Task Description
Song: Pirates of the Caribbean
The task was that all members had to do a recording with their own instruments. They had to follow the MMO to do ga recording. It is quite challenging for them to play instruments alone at home. They had to be very aware of tempo and pitch; otherwise, it would be impossible to make a good video.

Because of the pandemic, we could not practise in person. Therefore, we had orchestra practices online. During our training, our conductor, Mr. Chiu, instructed us and improved our skills patiently and attentively. Mr. Chiu always reminded us that it would be even better if we were well prepared for the training sections. Moreover, he taught us a lot about having a commendable attitude towards music. I would like to thank him and Miss Li for their hard work editing each piece of melody for us to make a wonderful work of music. I really appreciate Mr. Chiu and Miss Li’s dedication to us under during COVID-19.
Teacher’s Comments
The online orchestra training only had 6 lessons. Therefore, we chose a comparatively easy piece for them. Some members played it very well, but some have to work harder in the future. I appreciate their efforts to improve themselves, and I hope they can handle it in the future when they have to play a more difficult piece. Keep it up!
