The task that students had to do was to record the glockenspiel exercise at home. We assigned this task to students because we would like them to demonstrate technique (use correct hand / pitch accuracy).

By recording it, not only does it encourage them to have more practice, it also gives them a chance to listen to what they played, so they can self-assess their own performance and choose the best one to upload.

Belle counted the beat correctly when she played the music. It helped her to play with the correct rhythm. She can use the correct hands to play the notes. The tempo was steady and the rhythm accurate. Her performance showed that her technique was good.
