5C Physical Education

Students were assigned to a team by the teacher. This provided an opportunity for them to experience collaborating with different students. In these six lessons, they had competitions in the first and the last lesson. In addition, students were required to design their own lesson plans with their teammates based on their needs in the second to the fifth lessons. In summary, they needed to do a reflection in every lesson about their plans, behaviours, team spirit and collaboration. It was a very big challenge for them.

Their booklet is very user-friendly and clear. They presented their plan with clear pictures, highlighted backgrounds and symbols. It is easy to understand and follow even if you haven’t read the plan. It is awesome! Moreover, most of them could present that the school’s six core values, and that was demonstrated in their performance. In practice, this group had a very good atmosphere and cohesion with each other. Especially Kingston, a very outstanding leader who encouraged his teammates to work with effectiveness and efficiency. I do believe they can apply what they learnt in the future as well.
