The task that students had to do was to record the glockenspiel exercise at home. We assigned this task to students because we would like them to demonstrate the technique (use correct hand / pitch accuracy).

By recording it, not only does it encourage them to have more practice, it also gives them a chance to listen to what they played, so they can self-assess their own performance and choose the best one to upload.

Nicole counted the beat correctly when she played the music. It helped her to play the music with the correct rhythm. In the music, there is a fermata note that performers had to hold longer. Nichole played it perfectly.
