Task Description
The students wrote a report about ‘The Hanging Garden’, which is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. They showed the ability to understand and integrate resources gleaned through various texts and from websites. They broadened their view through exposure to multiple ideas, opinions, and texts. They also generated visual aids and delivered the information and ideas orally.

Student's Reflection

During the process of The Group Project, I have learned how to work with my group mates and maintain good communication. We used Padlet to discuss the context of the PowerPoint. We did the practice after school twice through “Zoom”. Although the creation and presentation of making the PowerPoint was difficult for me, I think it was worth it. I have also learned that perseverance is a key to achieving our goals.

I have learned what the Seven Wonders of the World are, in this project. I learned how to build a group spirit and communicate to my groupmates effectively on Padlet. I hope I have another chance to do this kind of project in the future. I think our group made a good PowerPoint, but I think we could have practiced more for the presentation. I felt great when I was doing this project!
Lastly, I want to thank our teacher and my groupmates.

At the beginning, we could not communicate effectively because of the constraints of Zoom. It was hard for me to contact teammates. But soon we adapted to this way of interacting, and created this marvellous project successfully. Respect, Responsibility, and Perseverance were important in achieving this. I am proud of my teammates and teachers.

Teacher's Comment
This group of students wrote about one of the Seven Wonders of the World. They made decisions fairly, and listened to the opinions of members of the group. They supported the efforts of the members, including seeking help from teacher when needed. They were able to collaborate in a group setting. They also sought ways to overcome the obstacles. Everyone was engaged in their report. Yoyo, Kaycey, and Tze Long, you all did a great job!
