Task Description
In Module 5, we talked about how to take care of a blue whale. After the lesson, Hayden was asked to make a brochure on how to take care of a pet. After that, he was asked to take a video to introduce his brochure.
We expect students to understand the features of a brochure, and hope they can perform an organized speech with their brochure. Additionally, we want them to show care for a pet and respect animals’ lives as a result of the lesson.

This is my brochure for my parrot. I love this work because I can show my classmates that I have a special pet. From this work, I learned to be responsible for my parrot because it always plays with me. It is my best buddy in my world.
Teacher's Comment
Hayden provided some information in his brochure. Also, he provided a lot of pictures to facilitate readers to understand more. Although he used point-form in his work, he did a very good presentation in his video.
He showed strong engagement skills to the audience by using a lot of facial expressions and body gestures. Moreover, he used some real objects for demonstration, which made everyone enjoy his video immensely.
