Task Description
In the science lesson the students were asked to draw the water cycle. It was an individual task where the students were presented with some guidelines, outlining what their water cycle should include. The aim of the experiment was to identify the 3 key stages of the water cycle through the creation and design of a water-cycle poster.
Student's work
3B (20) Miya
Student's Reflection
The activity was all about the water cycle. I drew a poster showing the process of the water cycle. I learned about the three key stages of the water cycle – evaporation, condensation, and precipitation. I enjoyed being able to draw a poster as a way to assess my learning.
Teacher's Comment
Miya worked very hard and independently throughout the activity. She was able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the water cycle by designing a very effective, colourful, and informative poster, highlighting the 3 key stages in the water cycle. It is clear to see Miya has a very artistic side to her, as well as her vast science knowledge.
