Task Description
During Easter holiday, we made a home fitness video for students to follow, and do exercises at home with family and friends. We asked the students to follow the video, take a video of themselves doing one round of fitness and submit the file to Edmodo.
This task is the extension of the normal PE lesson. We would like to promote the benefits of regular exercise for better health and encourage students and parents to build exercise into their daily life to develop a family culture of regular exercise.

Student's Reflection
I learned many new physical exercises. I like the “lateral lunge’ and “bicycle crunches”. Although these exercises are difficult for me, I can still complete them. I learned perseverance and commitment through these exercises because we need continued effort to complete the four different ones three times.
Teacher's Comment
Physical exercise is good for the mind, body and spirit. School encourages all children to participate in sports or other regular physical activity. Parents are the main source affecting the way children feel about living a healthy lifestyle. It is great that Trini’s families do exercise together. They are full of energy and promote a positive health message. Come on, everyone! Let’s start working out together and become sportive families!
