Task Description
During Easter holiday, we made a home fitness video for students to follow, and do exercises at home with family and friends. We asked the students to follow the video, take a video of themselves doing one round of fitness and submit the file to Edmodo.
This task is the extension of the normal PE lesson. We would like to promote the benefits of regular exercise for better health and encourage students and parents to build exercise into their daily life to develop a family culture of regular exercise.

Student's Reflection
I have learned squats, lateral lunges, bicycle crunches and butt kicks. These exercises can build up my muscles, and it is easy to do every day. I like to learn new exercises, and I enjoy practising it with my dad. It is also important to keep better heath at home, even if we cannot go to school. If I could do it again, I believe I could do it more properly, and with more confidence, after more practice. I have learned perseverance from this task because I failed to do the bicycle crunches at the beginning then, after taking advice from my parents and practising with them, I could finish 30 bicycle crunches in 30 seconds.

Ashley did well in this assignment. She showed a good understanding of the four fitness exercises and demonstrated a positive attitude. I love to see her smile in this video, well done!
