Task Description
Students had to investigate the textures of different objects by using their hands. They used their sense of touch to understand the features of the materials and recorded observational notes.

Student's Reflection
I touched different objects, including -marbles, a shell, a ball, a glove, an elastic band, some play-dough and a rock. I learned how to distinguish between soft, hard, rough and smooth textures. I enjoyed the process of learning different materials through this experiment. The results were fascinating.
Teacher's Comment
Larry did an excellent job in carrying out this experiment on textures of different materials. He spent a lot of time touching a variety of objects and thought through the answers. He showed curiosity by asking various questions about textures during class time. Larry always takes pride in asking questions and sharing his wonderful ideas in class. Well done!
