Task Description
During Easter holiday, we made a home fitness video for students to follow, and do exercises at home with family and friends. We asked the students to follow the video, take a video of themselves doing one round of fitness and submit the file to Edmodo.
This task is the extension of the normal PE lesson. We would like to promote the benefits of regular exercise for better health and encourage students and parents to build exercise into their daily life to develop a family culture of regular exercise.

Student's Reflection
I have learned different kinds of exercises such as squats with shoulder press, lateral lunges, bicycle crunches and butt kicks. I like butt kicks because they are so easy to do. I would pay more attention to the camera if I could do the video again. I have learned perseverance because I practised a lot. I did the exercises five times every day, therefore I did them well.
Teacher's Comment
Jan did great in doing these home fitness exercises. She remained focused in this video. She tried her best in doing the exercises, and I loved the way that Jan and her parents edited this video. Well done!
