Booking process for WISD staff

The Durant Auditorium is available to reserve for all WISD staff. All after-school reservations should be completed using the following link:

Once you have logged in, select "Normal Schedule."

Fill out the schedule form, and select "Auditorium" and "Weatherford High School" for the Area and Location.

Before entering your requested date and time, click the "Check Availability" button to see if there is a time conflict. This information is also available under the "Calendar" tab (updated weekly) and the WISD Facility Use Calendar: https://www.communityuse.com/SOA.NET/Controllers/PageController.aspx?productid=MC&pageid=CalendarMonth.

Once you have confirmed the availability of your requested date and time, confirm the rest of your information and submit your request using the submittal password, password.
