You can call me ... Ms. Gonyou

I have been a certified teacher for 18 years and in that time I have taught classes from kindergarten to college. I've taught in schools in London and in Moose Jaw, SK. I have taught Grade 4 at LCA for 7 years. Before I was a teacher, I worked for several years as an office administrator. I am very organized and I love technology. I have over 30 years of experience teaching children so you can relax and know you are in good hands this year with me.

I love (in this order):

God - My daily desire is to follow the commands of Jesus when He said: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind" - Matthew 22:37

My family - I have two wonderful adult children - Katrina is married to Nathan and lives here in London; Ben lives and works in the Niagara region. My phenomenal parents live here in London as well. Best of all, I recently became a Gigi (Grandma Gonyou) to the adorable Eliana!

Teaching - I LOVE my job! It is a pleasure and privilege to spend every day helping students learn and, in the process, pointing them toward the Creator of the universe.

Even though I am nothing like him, I have a huge love for all things "Eeyore."
