Things I like about the shoot
this is the first shoot I have done where there is no movement in any of my photographs, I think this was a good thing to try/ experiment with.
I like the edited photos a lot more than the originals and the colour palate i was able to achieve
Things I could improve in/ didn't work
I like the edited photos a lot more than the originals, So I should work on having better lighting In the shoot rather than relying on fixing it after in Lightroom.
I don't think the zoomed-out shots were as good as the close-up shots
What will I try to do next time?
for my next shoot with a model, I will use a tripod as I had to make a make-shift one.
try my next shoot in the day-time so I can use more natural light rather than artificial light.

Things I like about the shoot
I like the image of the shirt, this is making me realise that I want to focus my theme more on still-life objects like the shirt rather than it being a model-focused theme.
I liked exploring black and white
I like how the background when edited black is cleaner/ sharper
Things I could improve in/ didn't work
Some of the images weren't high-contrast enough.
overall, there was not much cohesion across the shoot and some images were random and disjointed.
I want to improve my close-ups and details
I think I need to revisit my theme as it is becoming quite hard to develop more ideas.
What will I try to do next time?
Prepare further before my shoot.
Clarify/ change my theme
Reshoot my shoot 3
Theme clarification/ change to TIM
Shoot 7 plan
Shoot 7
Re-shoot of Shoot 3

Creating my own "Pictures"
Looking at my artist model, I would like to create my own photographs, to then photograph. To do this I selected a few Images from past shoots that I think would suit the artist model.
I had the idea to create a 'film strip' to photograph. The 'vibe' of an 'older' film strip of photos will be visually more interesting for my images. To create this I scanned an old film strip. with the virtual copy, I then uploaded it onto InDesign. I overlayed my chosen images over the original images. And then printed It out along with a couple stand-alone images.
Also experimenting with scanography - still with artist model

Things I like about the shoot
I think the shoot's studio part was successful when I learnt how to use the lighting better.
I like how most of the images had good lighting without even needing to edit
I think this shoot did a good job of introducing some objects that relate to the theme well.
I like the colour palate of this shoot, and it's making me move towards doing mainly black & white with some select colours coming through like the red in this shoot.
Things I could improve in/ didn't work
My first attempt at scenography was good, but I think I can do better and will look at improving this in future shoots.
I think I could have experimented more with angles ( instead of sticking to the bird eye view angle in my artist model)
What will I try to do next time?
For my next shoot, I am aiming to incorporate/link my model to my objects
I also want to work of being more explorative and not getting stuck on the artist model

Things I like about the shoot
I think the shoot's studio part was successful in terms of me improving in my lighting. however I really liked the part of the shoot where I used natural lighting, It is a nice contrast
This shoot helped me a lot to fill in the blanks when it came to my board layout
I like the balance between model and objects in this shoot
Things I could improve in/ didn't work
I struggles to stick to the artist model for this shoot. I think this was because a big part of andre kertesz' work is focussed around double exposure and it was difficult to visualise during the shoot.
