October 28, 2026- WDMESC: Lead, Coach, Grow: A Day for Mentor Teachers

Designed specifically for mentor teachers, these 3 sessions will provide practical strategies and tools to strengthen both mentoring and classroom practice. Through sessions focused on co-teaching, coaching cycles, collaboration, and reflective practice, participants will explore ways to support novice teachers while continuing to grow as educators themselves. 

Mentors will leave with actionable ideas for guiding meaningful conversations, supporting instructional growth, collaborating effectively, and helping novice teachers build confidence and capacity in the classroom. Whether you are new to mentoring or have supported novice teachers for years, this day is an opportunity to learn, reflect, and strengthen your impact.
