Update Windows

1. Click on Windows Start button (bottom left)

2. Click on "Settings"

3. Click on "Update & Security" near the bottom

4. Install any updates, then restart when you have time.

5. Click on the three dots in the upper right.

6. Click on "Settings", near the bottom.

9. Take any action necessary to ensure your browser is up to date and safe

Update Zoom Application

10. Right click on the Zoom Icon in the taskbar

11. Click on "Check for Updates"

12. Install any updates
