Each room will have a projector, screen or whiteboard, and audio connections.

Please bring your own laptop or device, we do not have any available to loan out.

Please bring any adapters, power cords, or additional resources that you might need.

All rooms have VGA and HDMI connections to the projector (please bring appropriate adapters)

Wifi will be available to all presenters and attendees.

We will have an open network for the day of the conference

If you are using certain websites, please email those sites to Justin Kuck (kuckj@wcsrams.org) to make sure our filtering system is not blocking anything.

WCS will have technical support available throughout the day.

The building will be open at 7:30 a.m. for presenters to start setting up.

Please park in the back of the building or on either side of the building. We do have voting going on that day as well. So please park in the lots and not up against the building. 

If you are a vendor or from another school district, please enter the main doors and check in with the main office. They will be able to direct you to the appropriate classroom.

The same rooms will be used throughout the day.

If you have a slide deck or any resources you would like to share, please send me a copy and I can post them on the website with your session details.

Please bring any copies or resources that you might need.

Rooms will be assigned approximately five days before the Innovation Conference. Rooms will be assigned based on the number of educators that register for each session.

If you would like to join us in the morning for the keynote, "Inspiring a Remarkable Future" by Marlon Styles you are all more than welcome too.
