The Hospitality and Tourism program of Career and Technical Education focuses on preparing students for employment in planning, managing, and carrying out the essential functions of the many-faceting hospitality industry. Certain fundamental understandings which support the Hospitality and Tourism program must be embraced by schools and school districts in order to provide students with the best possible experiences in the classroom and in the field.

Course Offerings: All courses must be taken in sequence.
Introduction to Hospitality and Tourism
Culinary Arts Level 1
Culinary Art Level 2
CTE Lab for Hospitality and Tourism (Approval needed by teacher)
Career Pathway Project for Hospitality and Tourism (Must be approved by teacher)
Credentialing Available: ServSafe Managers and Guest Services Gold Professional
