From the skills learned in our classrooms and labs to the connections built in our school community, we are proud to recognize and celebrate the heritage, culture, contributions, and achievements of our Hispanic students, educators, families, and communities.

At HDCI, every student brings a unique story, perspective, and talent that helps shape our future. We’re honored to learn, grow, and build futures together!

MY VISION & PURPOSE

is to establish a sense of belonging and climate of growth in which students will develop to their potential and make a positive impact in their home, school, workplace, and global community.

MY MISSION

is to empower all students to achieve their highest potential in a competitive and ever-changing world and be prepared to meet their college and career goals. The school counseling program delivers a comprehensive, data-informed program that helps all students, regardless of background or individual circumstances, to gain knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for academic and career success and become productive members of a global community. The school counseling program will partner with other stakeholders, such as educators and industry leaders to advocate for student access and success.
