There is no additional homework assigned by AIS providers. However, students should be independently reading for 10 - 20 minutes a night in order to practice their skills. Most classroom teachers assign independent reading daily. That requirement is sufficient.

Instead of traditional grades, AIS students receive progress reports. These reports will state skills students are working on and how they are progressing with said skills. These reports come quarterly.
