About Me

My name is Jeanette La Salvia.  I have lived in Dutchess County, New York for the past 26 years.  I am married and have two sons- Ralph and Luke.  My oldest son graduated from Pace University and is now in the workplace.  My youngest is a Senior at Pace University.  We have a Yorkie Poo named Lucky.  He brings us so much joy.   This is going to be my nineteenth year at Oak Grove Elementary School.  I love working here.  It is an amazing school. I truly enjoy teaching this age group. I am looking forward to a fantastic school year with your child.  It is such a joy to see a child take pride in their accomplishments and strive to attain their goals.  When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family on day trips and watching movies together.  We enjoy eating Japanese food and going to Chili's.  I love spending time shopping at Kohl's.
