All About Me 

This September (2024) I will begin my 25 th year of teaching in the Wappingers Central School District. I have taught 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th grades, and AIS. This will be my 4th year teaching 3rd grade. I am so excited to start the new year with my students.  

Currently, I live in LaGrange, NY. I have one child entering the 12th grade in the Arlington District. It's hard to believe I have a 17-year-old who is driving. I also am lucky enough to have a golden retriever named Pippi, a pug named Miss Wilma Pugsley, and one cat named Coconut. The kids will hear lots of funny stories about them throughout the year. 

My passions include reading, exercising, watching movies, doing crafts, and traveling. I enjoy hanging out with my son,  and my family.  I also enjoy learning about new technology that I can use as a tool to help students find success and keep up with the changing times.
