Call for Presenters  

The Alabama Community Education Association (ACEA) Conference will be held February 26-28th, 2025 at the Renaissance Riverview Plaza in Mobile, Alabama. The conference theme is "The ART of Afterschool: Creating Synergy". 

ACEA is currently accepting proposals for conference breakout session presenters. Topics of interest include:

• Service Learning

• Summer Programming

• Parent Involvement

• Family Engagement

• Project Based Learning

• EZ Reports

• Cognia/Compliance Monitoring

• STEAM

• Advisory Council

• Afterschool Programming

• Supporting Staff

• Community Partners

• School Day Connections

• Social-Emotional Support in Afterschool

• Funding

If you would like to present on any of these topics or submit a proposal for any other after school or summer learning related topic, please fill out the form below. The deadline for submitting a conference proposal is January 10, 2025.
