All About Me
I am excited to begin my 21st year teaching in public schools by joining the White Oak Elementary family. While I have taught students in second through fifth grades, teaching 3rd grade has always been my favorite and where I will, again, be growing minds this fall.
Following my graduation from the State University of New York College at Brockport, my new husband (& high school sweetheart) and I moved to Florida where I started my teaching career. Over the next thirty years I taught in Florida, North Carolina and Taiwan as we raised our two beautiful daughters. Both girls are grown now, live in Atlanta and are raising two fury grand-dogs.
I am pleased to be returning to the traditional school calendar and regaining my long summer break to enjoy our pool, gardening, our Peak Lab Rescue puppy and time with family.
