Welcome to our Sports Medicine Information site.  Here you will find helpful information for our athletes and their families.

When you visit the doctor or are hospitalized for any reason, we will also need a note simply verifying that you are able to fully participate in your chosen sport.  The note may also list limitations if needed, but should include the exact date that those will expire.

ORTHONC'S SPORTS PHYSICAL 

In our commitment to the athletes and sports programs in the surrounding area, OrthoNC offers $10 physicals from 8am to 8 pm almost every day!  This is a great option for the summer so that you may have a physical that lasts all school year.
