My name is Caroline Robertson and this will be my 11th year teaching at Wakefield Elementary! I grew up in Raleigh and actually attended both Wakefield Middle and Wakefield High School, so I love being back with my Wakefield family! I graduated and received my K-6 teaching license from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a concentration in Behavioral Studies. My husband's name is Kirk and we have the cutest cavapoo named Dude. Your kids will definitely hear me talk about him a lot! In my free time, you can find me at Carolina Hurricanes games, strolling the aisles of TJMaxx with an iced coffee, reading on my Kindle, and going for walks with Dude! I absolutely adore teaching kindergarten because I get to be one of their first school experiences and ensure they love school. The growth that students make this year is always SO cool to see!
