Lending Library
Tools for Check Out
Please use the links below to investigate the kits in the lending library. Once we receive your request, a maker mentor will contact you to discuss the processes for the lending library and lesson development. Please be prepared to answer the following questions:
How do you want to use this tool with your students?
How many classes/students will be involved?
Do you need support from a DLC?
The Lending Library is a try before you buy resource. Once you have determined that you want your school to purchase a tool, we can guide you through a discussion with your MTAC. Consider applying for a WCPSS Approved Grant if you need a funding resource.
Tools must be requested a minimum of 1 week in advance.
Thanks to a Digital Age Learning Initiative grant, we are able to loan books and electronic/robotic learning tools to schools on a "try before you buy" basis.
This lending system allows schools to experiment with maker resources without having to purchase them. If you find the resources to be a great fit for your school, let us know and we can help you brainstorm funding sources. Consider applying for a WCPSS Approved Grant if you need a funding resource.
