• Make powerpoints for all of the monthly meetings.

• Talk/lead every meeting (you can have help from the vice president and other officers).

• Hold frequent officer meetings to discuss any updates with advisors and other officers.

• Find new hour opportunities and come up with service projects.

• Plan events and implement them with the help of other officers.

• Attend meetings with the lieutenant governor of Key Club to get updates on the club.

• Communicate with the other officers and keep them informed on any decisions you make.

• Continuously come up with new ideas to make Key Club better.

Secretary of Attendance

• Take attendance at meetings.

• Keep track of members’ hours.

• Help President and Vice President with their duties.

• Attend all officer meetings and regular meetings.

Secretary of Communication

• Post frequent Remind updates about new hour opportunities, upcoming events/meetings, important information, etc.

• Create graphics for social media and maintain social media profiles.

• Post meeting information on the website.

• Help President and Vice President with their duties.

• Attend all officer meetings and regular meetings.

Vice President

• Make changes to the website and update it with relevant information (upload meetings, forms, etc.).

• Help the president with hosting meetings.

• Find new hour opportunities.

• Attend all officer meetings and regular meetings.

• Continuously come up with new ideas to make Key Club better.

• Help in the organization of events.

• Ensure other officers are doing what they need to do.

Service Leader

• Host any Key Club events (Trivia Nights, Service Projects, etc).

• Help come up with other hour opportunities.

• Help plan events and bring new ideas to the table.

• Communicate with members who have any questions or concerns.

• Communicate with outside parties involved with potential hour opportunities.

• Assist other officers in their duties.

• Help maintain the opportunities portion of the website.
