Supervised Agricultural Experience
SAE is a valuable agricultural work experience component of an agricultural education class. Each student must complete 15 hours of agriculturally or environmentally related work outside of the classroom. The student learns problem solving skills while also gaining new knowledge about this extremely important industry. Students can get internships, help around your home lawn, or get involved in the school’s plant sales and field trips. This is not an optional component of the course and all students must complete this piece.
