This quarter we will be exploring contrasts in music including dynamics (loud/soft) and tempo (fast/slow). Students will sing, move and play instruments to experience these concepts.
We will be focusing more on instruments this quarter. Third and fourth grades will begin learning to play recorders in February. Fifth grade will be working with guitars to learn about simple chord progressions.
