Requirements:

It is expected and preferred that every student have their own instrument. Tubas and Percussion instruments are available through the school.

Students who are registering for a beginning band class will be responsible for obtaining an instrument. It is strongly recommend that you rent an instrument rather than purchase one. This allows us to be sure that the instrument is a good fit for your student before you have invested a large sum of money with a full purchase. Resources for renting instruments can be found under the "Links and Student Resources" tab. Instrument rentals can be handled through local Music & Arts Stores.
