A bit about me

My husband and our two sons, Alex and Declan, live in North Raleigh. Prior to moving to NC, we lived in the beautiful Hudson Valley in New York.

Over the past 17 years I have taught a variety of ages from preschool through adults. Since beginning in Wake County in 2011, I have taught grades 2-5 and also served for two years as Sanford Creek's Digital Learning Specialist.

When I am not working, I can be found outside hiking or kayaking, or inside reading and playing the piano.
