Math Highlights- Students will also continue skip counting, this time adding 100's to their skill set. They will practice counting by 5's, 10's and 100's using three digit numbers. They will learn to use a number line to skip count. They will take an assessment on Friday that covers these skills and also the various forms of numbers learned last week.
Social Studies - We will conclude our social studies unit this week. Students will learn about the women's suffrage movement and important individuals that worked for equality and freedom for all Americans.
Letterland Highlights- This week we will take unit 10-12 Tri-weekly assessment. Review the patterns in your Letterland homework notebook. We will also study unit 13, which will introduce students to two robot brothers (r- controlled vowels) Irving Ir and Urgent Ur.
