Hello! My name is Brittany Hudspeth (formerly known as Ms. Ledek) and I am so excited to be a part of the White Oak 2nd grade team this year! This will be my 6th year teaching here at White Oak - 2 years in first grade and this will be my 4th year teaching second!
About me:
I moved to Holly Springs in 2006 from Long Island, New York but currently reside in Raleigh with my husband David and pup Tucker! In my spare time I enjoy being outside riding bikes, kayaking and running on the local trails! I especially love spending time with my family/friends, watching football (GO Jets!) and reading a good book! I am so excited to be apart of this amazing second grade team and can't wait for another awesome year ahead!
I graduated from East Carolina University in 2017 with my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and minor in Reading. I am always eager to learn new ways to grow as an educator and make my classroom an engaging, safe place for my students. I am am looking forward to getting to know and teach your child this year! I am so excited to be apart of this amazing second grade team and am looking forward to another great year!
