Re: Wake County Middle School All County Chorus 2025
Dear Parents,
Congratulations! Your child has been invited to participate in the Wake County Middle School All-County Chorus clinic at Martin MIddle School in Raleigh, North Carolina, on February 6th and 7th, 2025. A copy of the itinerary is attached for your convenience.
The registration fee for this event will be $40 per student. This registration fee covers the expenses incurred to provide this opportunity for your child. This fee includes an All-County t-shirt that your child will receive at the event, as well as a pizza lunch (with dietary accommodations if needed) on Friday. Please return your child’s registration fee, along with the attached contract, to your child’s choral director. If there is a financial need or concern, please reach out to your child’s director.
There will be a concert for you to attend at the conclusion of the clinic. The concert will take place in the Martin Middle School Auditorium at 7:00 pm on Friday, February 6th, 2025. The doors will open for you to enter the auditorium at 6:30 pm. If you choose not to attend the concert, you must pick your child up from Martin Middle School no later than 7:45 pm on Friday, February 7th, 2025.
For the concert at the end of the clinic, your child will wear their All-County t-shirt along with BLUE jeans and tennis shoes/sneakers. If you have any questions about attire, please contact your child’s chorus director.
The attached contract (last page of packet) must be filled out and returned to your child’s chorus director, along with your child’s registration fee, in a timely manner. Please keep this letter and itinerary for your records.
