Adult Information Form - 2025-2026
Please fill out this survey so I have the most up-to-date information. This year's email list for "Announcements from the OMMS Band Room" will be built from this year's survey. Information is not carried over from year to year.
Ms. Yosai
Ms. Yosai grew up in Kansas (and no, her sparkly red shoes don't take her back home) and had a robust music education experience. She participated in school and community choirs, bands, and musical theatre experiences. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Music Performance and Music Education from Bethany College in Lindsborg, KS in 2005. Ms. Yosai moved to Raleigh, NC in January of 2006 to ring handbells with The Raleigh Ringers, Inc. She earned her Master of Music in Music Education from UNC-Greensboro in 2009. Ms. Yosai started at Oberlin Magnet Middle School in February 2010. In 2022 she completed the standards to be a National Board Certified Teacher.
When not at school, you might find Ms. Yosai on the dance floor, out with friends, singing the NC Master Chorale, curled up on the couch with a book, or taking care of her many plants. She doesn't have any pets, but at least the plants don't care about her singing and dancing around the house.
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act, but a habit.
-Will Durant
