(As a courtesy to our vendor, this form will be closed to responses and no late orders or requests taken past the deadline, please).
TBD deadline to get T-Shirt checks & German Day registration check to Petra Martignoni (please put the checks in the mail by TBD if possible). Please account for mailing time if dealing with school or district financial departments. If at all possible, please keep the check with the registration fee separate from any check/s for T-Shirts. If this is not possible, please include detailed information as to how many participants will be attending German Day and how many T-Shirts are ordered in with your payment (T-Shirt payment must agree with the # ordered through the Google Form).
