Navigator Team (8-4)

We are so excited to be returning to the Summit Environmental Education Center at Haw River State Park this year! Information and permission slips will be sent home in late August.

We will be going on November 12-13, 2026.

Students will need to arrange for carpool transportation the days of the trip. Students need to arrive at school at 7:15 am on Thursday, November 12. We will return to school at 2:30 pm on Friday, November 13.

Please make arrangements to ensure transportation for your student at the beginning and end of the trip!!

Cost of the trip per student will be sent with the initial letter in August. - this covers trip activities, charter bus transportation, overnight accommodations and meals. All permission slips and payments must be submitted by the end of Quarter 1.

We need chaperones for this trip! Please contact Mrs. House (khouse1@wcpss.net) if interested in chaperoning. Chaperones must be cleared volunteers with WCPSS. The link to register as a WCPSS volunteer is located above.
