My name is Dianne Kim and I am thrilled to be your 4th grade teacher. My parents are originally from South Korea and immigrated to North Carolina over thirty years ago. I was born in Raleigh and have only lived in North Carolina. I grew up in Wake Forest and graduated from Wake County schools. On the weekends, I enjoy playing tennis and trying new foods (new recipes and new restaurants).
I graduated from North Carolina State University (Go Pack!) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. When I decided to teach, I earned my lateral entry teaching license with the NC Teacher Corps. I began teaching in 2013 and have been at Morrisville Elementary since 2016.
I am looking forward to partnering with you to ensure a successful school year for your child.
Sincerely,
Dianne Kim
