Quarter 1: This quarter we are going to learn about different letter sounds. Our lessons come from a Wake County resource, Letterland. Students will begin to learn about the letters of the alphabet and their sounds. We will begin to develop phonemic awareness skills, that will help them as they learn to read throughout the school year.
