Fitness Youtube Channels

These YouTube channels are some of my favorite with a bunch of different fitness activities for all age ranges.

Coach Foy has a lot of fun activities and workouts. This series that he did call "Feeling Fit" is one of my favorites!

"Get kids moving" is a great youtube channel that has a lot of fun workouts. This one is with Wonder Woman, but there is a long list of of other super heros too!

This youtube channel called "Fix and Play" is so much fun. They have different fitness challenges, would you rather workouts, and so much more. This cup stacking challenge is one I definitely recommend.

"Cosmic Kids Yoga" is awesome. If you are looking for a more relaxed workout this is the place to go. There are a lot of different themed workouts and they are so much fun!

  • Darebee - This website has a ton of workouts for a wide range of fitness levels. They also have fitness programs, challenges, nutrition recipes, and more.

  • Kids Heart Challenge - This website talks about how you can take care of your heart and also help others in need.

  • Just Dance - This youtube channel has a bunch of different songs to dance to and get moving! There is also a just dance app that lets you have virtual dance competitions with your friends.
