Below is a list of different services available to families in Wake County. This is a collection that we have come up with on our own, we are in no way endorsing any specific agency or agencies. Some of these agencies may have additional requirements in order to work with them.

We will work to keep these services and phone numbers up to date, but please help us by letting us know if a service or phone number is no longer available.

  • Access Family Services available at (888) 773-3735. They can help with ABA services, outpatient therapy, and in-home services.
  • ACI Supports available at (919) 329-5671. They can help connect you to local resources such as Respite Services, Crisis Response, and Personal Assistance.
  • Alliance Behavioral Health available at (800) 510-9132. They can help to refer you to other agencies for therapy and other services.
  • A Small Miracle available at (919) 854-4400. They can offer a range of therapeutic programs and services to families.
  • Autism Services, Inc. available at (919) 255-9011. They offer a range of services for individuals with Autism and their families.
  • Autism Society of NC available at (919) 865-5093. They can help connect you to local resources and advocate for you and your child.
  • Community Connections Healthcare Services available at (919) 665-4673. They offer ABA services as well as counseling services for individuals with Autism and their families.
  • Exceptional Children's Assistance Center available at (919) 571-8092. They offer knowledge and support to children with disabilities and their families to help with advocacy.
  • Holly Hill Hospital available at (919) 250-7600. They can help during a crisis AND offer Mental Health Assessments and Treatments.
  • Maraposa School available at (919) 461-0600. Provides ABA instruction working on both behavioral and academic skills.
  • Miracle League of the Triangle available at (919) 614-2284. Provides a safe, developmentally appropriate place and way for individuals with disabilities to play baseball in the Triangle.
  • Mobile Crisis Team available at (877) 626-1772. This is for when you child is in crisis and needs to be transported for mental health evaluation.
