Your principal may designate you as tech contact or inventory contact.
Technology Contact - The site level Technology Contact is the main point of contact between Tech Services (TSD) and a particular location. Tech Contacts share information both ways, put in tickets, perform basic troubleshooting, and perform tasks as needed. The Tech Contact will typically spend a varying amount of time each day working specifically on technology-related duties.
Inventory Contact - The Inventory Contact is the individual responsible for maintaining the technology inventory.
