Follett Destiny Library and Resource Manager is a web-based software designed to help K-12 schools manage and record their available inventory on a centralized platform. WCPSS uses Destiny to manage library materials, textbooks, special education equipment, CTE equipment and resources including chrome books, laptops, printers, ipads and more.
Destiny is separated into Library Manager for library books and Resource Manager for textbooks, CTE equipment, special education equipment and all technology resources. Access to Library Manager and Resource Manager is dependent on your position and additional responsibilities defined by school administration.
School Library Media Coordinators are granted Library Administrator access automatically when they are placed in their position in Oracle.
Inventory Contacts, Tech Contacts and CTE Inventory contacts need to be designated by the School Principal in Roles Manager for Resource Administrator access.
