Intervention Team Description & Purpose

The goal of the Intervention Coordinator is to reduce the percentage of students dropping out of high school, resulting in an increased graduation rate.

The Intervention Team supports this goal and team members work together to:

• Provide classroom teachers and staff members with tools and strategies to improve Tier 1 core instruction and support students who need intervention.

• Engage in collaborative, data-based problem solving.

• Analyze school-wide attendance, academic and behavior data to improve procedures and ensure students are receiving the appropriate level of support.
